Roman blind kits are guaranteed for 12 months subject to normal domestic use.
If you are dissatisfied with the product, it can be returned and credit will be given when kits are received back in good order but you will need to pay the postage to get it to us. Recorded delivery is essential to obtain proof of return. We would also appreciate a letter or email explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
All faults, such as wrong sizes, transit damage or any other complaint MUST be notified to us by fax or email or letter within 5 working days of receipt of the goods , a 'returns number' needs to be obtained and that the goods are returned to the company at the buyer's expense, provided that the goods have not been subsequently processed or installed. In any event, the Company's maximum liability will be limited to repayment of the purchase price or replacement of the goods and in no circumstances will any liability be accepted for any consequential loss, however occasioned.
Our systems are of high quality using very good plastic but mismoulding can occur and have been known to get past our quality control. Please contact us before returning goods for exchange. Because they are kits it is often more practical to return a faulty component. The faulty item will be replaced without charge but you will need to pay the postage to get it to us. Recorded delivery is preferred. Please contact us before sending anything back .
Please be honest if you accidentally damage a component; we can supply spare parts & replacements but will have to make a nominal charge + the postage. If replacement is needed due to shipment of wrong size kits, they will be replaced. We will arrange collection of the incorrect items.
If replacement kits or components are needed due to client error in sizes or specification then there will be a small handling charge on items that have to be returned. If the new or replacement items have a higher value of more than £2.00 this will have to be paid before we despatch. We will not issue credits below £2.00 in value. Credit will only be given when kits or goods are received back in good order.
Whilst the Company will endeavour to deliver within the time specified, delivery dates are approximate and in no circumstances will time be of the essence to the contract. Goods leave the Company in good condition and the buyer accepts all risks from the time that the goods leave the premises of the Company. Transfer of risk will not be affected by any transport insurance taken out by the buyer.
