Roman blind kits are guaranteed for 12 months subject to normal domestic use.
The system is of high quality using acetyl or pom plastics. However, mismoulding can occur and on rare occasions, get past our quality control. Please contact us before returning goods for exchange. Because they are roman blind kits it is often more practical to return the faulty component. The faulty item will be replaced without charge but you will need to pay the postage to get it to us. Recorded delivery is preferred. We will not always require the faulty item to be sent back (for quality control purposes) but this is at our discretion.
If replacement kits or components are needed due to client error in sizes or specification then there will be a small handling charge on items that have to be returned. If the new or replacement items have a higher value of more than £2.00 this will have to be paid before we despatch. We will not issue credits below £2.00 in value. Credit will only be given when kits or goods are received back in good order.
If replacement is needed due to shipment of wrong size kits that is our error, they will be replaced at our cost. We shall refund reasonable costs for shipping such items back to us. We can alternatively arrange collection by our carrier if value of products exceeds £100.
All faults, wrong sizes or any other complaint MUST be notified to us by fax or email or letter within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Goods damaged in transit MUST be signed for as damaged. Due to strict transit insurance rules we cannot replace damaged goods that are not inspected upon receipt & and signed for as damaged. If in any doubt you must make the driver wait until you have inspected the contents of bent or torn packaging.
You can also refuse to accept delivery; we prefer this as we get the goods back quickly so we can replace them.
If you are dissatisfied in some way with the product, it can be returned and credit will be given when kits are received back in good order but you will need to pay the postage to get it to us. Recorded delivery is essential to obtain proof of return. We would also appreciate a letter explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
Roman blinds UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss, embarrassment or inconvenience for not delivering within our projected delivery times.
